This page explains how to cancel an order and how to return a product purchased from the BOLI website, operated by DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence (for example the 14-day cancellation right of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for UK consumers).
Cancelling before shipping
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Send an email to sendmessagehereforhelp@hotmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, it will be cancelled and refunded in full within 14 days.
Returning after delivery (30-day guarantee)
If your order has already shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30-day period runs from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. For orders delivered in several shipments, it runs from receipt of the last item.
How to exercise your right
Inform us of your decision by a clear statement (an email is sufficient) sent to sendmessagehereforhelp@hotmail.com, including:
- full first and last name,
- address,
- email address used at checkout,
- order number,
- date of the order and date of receipt,
- a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return.
You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the 30-day period expires. You will receive a written confirmation email with further instructions.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not the additional cost of any delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Returning the goods
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
- The return address is provided by email only after your request has been confirmed, to avoid logistical errors. Please do not send goods back without prior instructions, as they may not be identifiable.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the product is defective or was delivered in error.
- Please pack the goods carefully and use a trackable shipping method.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
Outside the money-back guarantee, returns are not accepted for personalized products, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, gift cards and digital content.
