These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD, trading as BOLI, and any natural person who places an order through the BOLI website.
Every order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all sales of products made through the BOLI website to consumers in the United States and in every other destination offered at checkout. DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD reserves the right to decline orders from destinations it does not serve.
3. Products
Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur, in particular due to display settings, screen calibration or manufacturing processes. Photos, videos and visual representations are for illustration only and do not constitute a contractual commitment; the written product description prevails. The company reserves the right to modify, expand or withdraw products from its range at any time.
Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
4. Orders
An order is final once:
- the cart has been confirmed,
- these Terms have been expressly accepted,
- payment has been successfully processed, and
- an order confirmation email has been sent by the company.
DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without giving reasons, in particular in case of previous disputes, suspected fraud, non-payment, obvious pricing errors, orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, or breach of these Terms.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout (U.S. dollars for customers in the United States). Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Any shipping, delivery or handling costs are displayed transparently before final confirmation of the order.
The company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of ordering applies. Confirmed orders are not affected by later price changes. In case of an obvious pricing error (for example a technical error in the system), the company reserves the right to cancel the order; any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are those offered through the Shopify platform, including:
- credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover),
- digital wallets (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, where available),
- other payment options available at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD does not store payment card data on its own servers.
7. Shipping
Delivery terms are described in detail in the Shipping Policy available on the website. Delivery times are provided for information only and may vary depending on destination, product availability, chosen shipping method and logistics constraints. The company cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise, in which case risk passes upon delivery to you.
8. Money-back guarantee and cancellation
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, under the conditions described in our Refund Policy and Cancellation & Returns pages. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
9. Returns and refunds
Return and refund procedures are described in the Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 14 days of approval of the request or receipt of the returned goods.
10. Liability
DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD cannot be held liable for:
- damage resulting from improper use, storage or care of the products, or failure to follow label directions,
- delivery delays attributable to carriers or force majeure,
- temporary interruptions or malfunctions of the website,
- indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or other economic loss.
In all cases, the company's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless mandatory legal provisions impose broader liability. Statutory liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and under applicable product liability law remains unaffected. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Warranties
Products are covered by the warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the implied warranty of merchantability under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in your state, and, for UK consumers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products are provided without any other express warranty.

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. state privacy laws, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy Policy available on the website. You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's state or country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Otherwise, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable law; consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence where the law so provides.
14. Changes to these Terms
DOUBLEWIKLICH LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in particular following changes in the law or adjustments to its business model. The version in force at the time of the order applies. Customers will be informed of material changes in good time.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that comes closest to its purpose.
